
Today I went with my friend to elevation burger in al Hamra mall .. Thought it was gunna be calm and not much of people there , it wasn’t really packed with people when we got got there .. But it was okay to order , that the line took about 5-10 mins .. Soo we ordered our food and got this :

At first we didn’t know how to use it , till we asked them how to ? And they told us that it vibrates when our order is done , so we waited about 15 mins , and nothing .. We went to them and asked if our food is done or not , they told us they’re cooking it , so we waited about another 10-15 mins .. But my friend and I didn’t actually felt the time passing by , we were having a chat , soo we went back again to them and they were like “u didn’t get ur order yet ?” and we’re like “no we were waiting” .. The the guy there was like “we are sooo sorry for this delay” and then he was like to his mate “give me a pen and a card” , he wrote on the card for us to get a free meal for this , I was really gunna reject it , because I know it wasn’t his fault , they were working hard to get people’s orders on time , we didn’t mind that delay , but everything was so fast and he was very very nice , I really never ever experienced such customer service to be honest , went to other restaurants , very bad customer services , they don’t care about the customer , unless the customer is really something for them .. Really enjoyed the place in al Hamra , Thumbs up for Best burger in K-Town , and thank you soo much Elevation for this customer service , very much satisfied
